Nursing professionals are crucial in hospitals and healthcare, connecting patients with doctors, performing pre and post-operation procedures, assisting doctors, updating charts, and caring for patients. They receive practical training to handle high-risk cases.
After 12th are BSc Nursing, GNM, ANM, MSc Nursing and 1-year Diploma Course in Nursing. The basic eligibility criteria to pursue any nursing course is to score 40 – 55% marks in 10+2; the other prerequisites are state nursing council registration (in case of BSc Nursing Post Basic and MSc Nursing), and at least 1 year of work experience (in case of MSc Nursing).
